Using the results of operational-search activity in proving subjective mental element in investigation of crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs analogues

The possibility of using the results of operational-search activity in proving subjective mental element of a crime committed in the sphere of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs analogues is analyzed in the article on the basis of studying the practice in investigation of criminal cases by investigators and inquirers in the FDCS of Russia.
