The article presents research of changes in biochemical composition of broiler chickens blood serum on the background of the sesame seeds meal. The experiment was conducted with 100 broiler chickens of 5-day age divided into 2 equal groups. One group was intact, and the experimental group received a dose of 10 mg/100 gm of sesame seeds meal as part of standard diet during 35 days. On day 40 of the experiment chicken blood was taken from the underwing vein to determine the concentration of total protein and its fractions, β-lipoprotein, cholesterol, AST, ALT, glucose, PVA, calcium and phosphorus. It was found that prolonged strain of the sesame seeds meal promotes a significant increase of concentration in the serum of total protein by 13,3 %, the number of α-globulin by 15,5 % and γ-globulins by 33,9 %, reduces the amount of β-globulin by 19,4 %, the concentration of β-lipoproteins by 34,64 % and STC by 30,07 %, increases the concentration of cholesterol by 54,17 %, AST - by 13,16 %, AST - by 27,47 %, calcium - by 61,77 % and phosphorus - by 15,22 %.
