Today the requirement to train staff in first aid skills is regulated by the Russian Federation labor legislation and is part of the employer's responsibilities to ensure safe working environment and occupational safety and health. Training in first aid to the injured is the process within which the employees obtain knowledge, skills and abilities that allow them to administer in case of occupational accidents, injuries, poisoning and other health status and diseases that threaten their life and health before medical assistance arrives. The paper presents the unique experience of Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk in the establishment of an interactive training environment - the simulation center for training all organization staff categories in skills for first aid to the injured.
