Using a synergetic approach to investigation of a cotton gin

Abstrac. This article provides a methodology for determining the parameters necessary to ensure the normal operation of the considered cotton ginning device (HOU). To do this, a mathematical model of the cotton cleaning process was created based on the laws of theoretical mechanics, and computational experiments and determination of parameter values using a program created on the basis of this model were shown. Based on the obtained parameters, it was possible to create a block diagram of the device, animate the device using software tools, that is, analyze the cleaning process. The results are obtained on the basis of a synergistic method aimed at obtaining a design drawing of a real device.
