The use of syntetic carbon implants for surgical reconstruction of the acromioclavicular joint ligaments

Traumatic injuries of acromioclavicular joint ligaments are still topical issue of traumatology. The most commonly affects persons of working age, among them - a significant number of active athletes. The problem of treatment is quite acute because of the large number of poor outcomes. The authors have developed and successfully applied the technology reconstruction of coraco-clavicular ligament using synthetic carbon implants. Analysis of the results of treatment indicates the possibility of wider use of techniques in clinical practice
