Use of heating and ventilation systems to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings

At the moment, the issue of economical and rational use of thermal energy is acute, on which the energy efficiency of the building as a whole directly depends. Based on the design experience, existing problems in the industry, emerging new technologies and federal programs, it is necessary to improve the heating and ventilation systems in housing and public construction. This article describes possible options for engineering and technical solutions to improve the energy efficiency of heating and ventilation systems. The potential of payback and technology implementation in relation to a public building is critically evaluated.
