Application of the system "Polar 810 I" in competition process of skiers in conditions of sliding on ice of the lake Baikal

The problems of skiers' training with the help of the system "Polar" are inlighted in the article. The experiments were held in the conditions of sliding on ice of the lake Baikal, the external and internal parametres of training load were its basis. New data on dynamics, sizes and correlation of training loads have been obtained as a result of the experiment.
