The problem of application of the plot - role game for the cadets of the MUP analyzes in the article. The features of the subject role game consisting in possibility of the personality to create are opened, operating with knowledge of the real word, to develop the abilities and to interact with other subjects. The structure and stages of the plot - role game are justified.
