This article explores the application of mergers and acquisitions by fashion industry MNCs to achieve post-pandemic growth. The reasons for the use of TNCs in the fashion industry acquisitions in modern conditions are analyzed. The success factors of mergers and acquisitions of fashion industry TNCs to achieve strategic goals are identified. The features of the largest transactions implemented by TNCs in the fashion industry after the pandemic are considered. A study of trends in mergers and acquisitions transactions was carried out.
