Use of official powers in embezzlement or illegal bonuses

The article is devoted to the problem of criminally punishable illegal bonuses. Despite the fact that the offences under part 3 of article 159 of the criminal code and part 3 of article 160 of the criminal code have a lot in dividing signs into practice in the process of qualifying specific acts, sometimes, it is difficult to determine the specific crime. The study of this issue will allow law enforcement to properly qualify socially dangerous acts among these related crimes.
