The political activity of society reveals in social networks, which allow users with common views to communicate with each other. Politicians started to consider social networks as an arena of information war and a tool for manipulating social consciousness. The obvious examples of the use of social networks are mass protests in North Africa and also the Internet public opinion in South Korea that influenced on the results of the presidential elections-2012.
