Drawing is one of the disciplines that develops spatial thinking, analytical skills, and prepares students for engineering and technical specialties. The article examines the importance of drawing in the modern school curriculum, its impact on the development of universal learning skills, and its role in students' career guidance. The author analyzes the integration of drawing with other school subjects and evaluates the possibilities of using modern technologies to improve teaching efficiency. Particular attention is paid to the necessity of returning drawing to the list of mandatory school subjects, as well as its adaptation to the challenges of the digital age.
