The authors present clinical reasoning for strategy of deliberate multi-staged combined treatment of patients with multiple cerebral aneurysms at an acute stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage. The proposed strategy provides the functional outcomes identical to surgical ones of patients with single aneurysms.
