The use of virtual tours technology in teaching a foreign language

This article discusses the use of modern technology virtual tours in foreign language lessons. The aim of the research is to study the advantages of integrating this technology into the educational process for the formation of communicative, linguistic and intercultural competencies. The article compares digital technologies with virtual tours, as a result of which it was found out that the technology of 3D excursions significantly exceeds the main advantages of videos, photos, and presentations. The author comes to the conclusion that virtual tours are an effective form of educational activity that contributes to the development of motivation to learn a foreign language.
