Ultimative games for fairly distributing bonuses within employees

The article presents a modification of the classic game-theoretical scenario the «Ultimatum Game». The idea revolves around the indeterminacy of the amount of resources offered for division among players. It describes the conditions under which a pooling perfect Bayesian equilibrium exists, in which a fair outcome is realized with high probability. Fairness here means the distribution of the initial sum of money in equal shares. An example of applying the «Ultimatum Game» modification for distributing bonuses among company employees is also provided.
