The use of ultrasonic concentratorsof the resonant length in nanotechnology

Paper is studies the possibility of increasing the efficiency of ultrasonic vibrations. The method of determining the resonant length of the cylindrical concentrators is suggested. The method is based on the solution of the wave equation using the theory and complex function. The correct choice of the shape and size of s concentrator results in the increase in the cavitation area. The correctness of the calculations is confirmed by experiment.
