The use of educational tools and methods of physical education of employees belonging to the structure of the traffic police

This article discusses the methods used to strengthen the physical training of traffic police officers. Physical education implies a kind of self - education of a person, through training and systematic performance of a set of sports exercises. One of the main results of such education is the desire of a person about the need to make regular sports in his life. Properly selected methods of physical education, which must be used to more effectively conduct classes on general physical and special training of future traffic police officers, should reflect the specification in the professional direction. They include methods and provisions for the organization of performed complexes of motor actions of persons engaged. These elements contribute to the correct formation of the educational process.
