The renovation of the system of the general education in order to achieve the national development priorities of Russia cannot be carried out without updating the system of the higher pedagogical education. One of the activities of the “The Program for the Development of the Pedagogical Educational Organizations of Higher Education, which are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for 2021-2024”, is the development of the concept “The core of the higher pedagogical education” and its introduction into the educational process of the pedagogical universities.
