In article the possibility of using the high-temperature powder solders as the wear resistant layers put with a laser pulse welding as alternative to classical wear resistant composites with tungsten carbide admixture is considered. These materials are approved for the subsequent restoration of blade feather height of turbostarter at turbo-propeller aviation NK-12MP engine and giving to a face edge the wear resistant properties. On the basis of carried-out comparative tests for local abrasive wear and the analysis of various powder materials (Vpr11-40H, Vpr24, Vpr27, Rock Dyur 6740) at a pulse laser powder welding suitability of some powder solders as wear resistant weldings is confirmed.
