Usage of interconnection between anizotropy factors and texture for optimization of deformation processes

The paper considers the problems of registration and usage of natural and acquired plastic characteristic anisotropy for solving of optimization tasks and for intensification of sheet materials deforming processes. The approach is based on the relation between plastic anisotropy factors, texture parameters and characteristic monocrystal constants. The experimental data are given. The data confirm that it is possible to use suggested approach. This approach is applied for calculation of relative useful heights of components and for scallop formation directions of D16 and AD0 ingots.
