Using a two-zone oscillograph to study I-V characteristics

The problems and advantages of obtaining I-V characteristics from an experimental equipment, an oscilloscope, under normal training laboratory conditions are discussed. External influences and the peculiarities of the devices are taken into account in solving the problem. A simple method of obtaining I-V characteristics has been proposed.
