Based on the results of experimental studies established the force of adhesion between particles of different food dust, as well as between dust particles and the metal surface, have different schego-purity processing. It is established that the force of adhesion to steel surfaces vary depending on the purity of the steel surface-processing. Maximum adhesion is observed at 7 - 8 grade purity-formed metal processing.
