Studying safety and relative bioavailability of dry concentrates from maral raw materials

Бесплатный доступ

The research objective was studying the safety and biological value of dry concentrate from maral raw materials received by hydrolysis with using various enzymes and their systems. The objects of the research were dry concentrates obtained from maral materials (tails, reproductive organs of male marals, uteruses with embryos and amniotic fluid, tendons) received through enzymatic hydrolysis ina 37 kHz ultrasound field at the temperature 45-50°С using enzymes of microbal origin: protozyme B (bacterial alkaline protease), protozyme С (fungal alkaline protease) and protozyme LP (acid fungal protease). A test culture of infusoria (stylonychia) was used to study the safety and relative bioavailability of the concentrates. For the assessment of the parameters being studied, 200 µl of 1 % concentrate water extract was added to a one-day infusoria culture. Visual assessment was conducted to identify the condition and shape of the cells, as well as the presence of any dead specimens within three hours...
