The study of the dynamics of financial and economic performance of the organization

The financial and economic performance of an organization is an integral component of organizational analysis, which is necessary for effective management. The monitoring of financial and economic indicators results in balanced management decisions, an adequate assessment of the competitiveness of the organization and the services it provides, the development and improvement of strategic areas of activity, as well as opportunities for diversification. The purpose of the study is to analyze the financial and economic performance of the organization. The article examines and analyzes the current assets and assets of a consulting organization, the structure of liabilities, the liquidity of the balance sheet, indicators of solvency, liquidity and financial stability, financial performance, business activity and profitability. The structure and dynamics of these financial and economic indicators are presented. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of practical recommendations have been prepared aimed at maintaining and improving not only the financial system of the analyzed organization, but also the areas of activity it implements.
