Research of the dynamics of physical preparedness of young women sambo wrestlers

The article deals with the ways of the effective solution of the main objectives of research. They depend on experimental training of young women sambo wrestlers’ program with relatively accurate correlation of general and special preparation components and also on reliability control and informativity of devices monitoring the training process.
