Investigation of the factors of attractiveness of the profession of training educational organizations of the MOI of Russia with various level of professional adaptation

The article presents the analysis of empirical study of the peculiarities of the adaptation process of the training educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia depending on the factors of the attractiveness of the profession that affected their professional choice. The generalization of the results of this research has made it possible in this article to identify a number of regularities and the specifics of the relationship between the level and success of the professional adaptation of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the attractiveness factors of the profession.
