Study of factors of the external macro and micro environment of the industrial enterprise

The article analyzes the external environment of an industrial enterprise. PESTLE-analysis and the method of expert evaluation were used as a method for studying the macroenvironment. The study of the immediate market environment was carried out using the model of five competitive forces by M. Porter. A scoring assessment of the impact of the microenvironment on the activity of the enterprise under study is given. Based on the results of the analytical work, a market expansion strategy was proposed for implementation, as well as a program of measures for its implementation.
