At the present time we use materials produced by chemical synthesis for making fur and leather raw materials. The aim of this paper is to study the properties of materials that are of biological origin - combined whey and lactic acid compositions. These products have enzymatic activity and contain substances that are applicable in the process of manufacturing collagen raw material, and also have properties bioPAV.
