Physical and mechanical properties of the fine-grained concrete modified by a complex of mineral additives with softeners. for regions with a ^ frigid climate are considered in this article. Durability at compression, water absorption and ^ frost resistance of the modified. fine-grained concrete have been investigated. According to these results, samples with a high complex of properties which can be used in Far North regions have been received. It is revealed that properties of concrete depend on amount of the entered mineral additives and on plasticizer’s nature. At the same time durability at samples’ compression increases up to 24,5%, water absorption by 1,5 times, frost resistance up to 73,5% in relation to initial samples. Also properties of clay raw materials and elimination of crushed rocks in the production of crushed stone (stone flour) have been investigated.
