Investigation of hydraulic resistance of the slotted channel with separate crosspieces in the cooling systems of blades in high-temperature gas turbines

The authors investigated the hydraulic characteristics of the channels with complex configuration formed by multi-row systems of inclined and transverse separate crosspieces. The technique of determining the hydraulic resistance coefficient of the models with separate crosspieces set at an angle to the direction of coolant flow is developed. The analysis of influence of structural factors on the hydraulic characteristics of the channels is carried out. The necessity of the standardization of the received values of the hydraulic resistance coefficient on one “gauge” of the channel is proved.
