Research of the hormonal background and the analysis of the psychoemotional condition of women with violations of menstrual function

Aim: efficiency increase to preclinical diagnostics of a psychoemotional condition of women with violation of reproductive function and purpose of timely psychocorrection. At 40 women with violations of reproductive function the vegetative status is defined, the psychoemotional state and a hormonal background is investigated. The ritmokardiografiya method on indicators of the mathematical analysis of the variability of a warm rhythm (VWR), the modified eight-color test of lyusher, an imunnofermentny method (the biochemical chem-7 analyzer) is used. Increase of concentration in prolactinum blood serum in group of simpatotonik is established (190.4 mme/l), low indicators were found in group of a normotonus. The maximum concentration of a progesterone (26.2 nmol/l) was found in group of vagotonik, with increase of activity of sympathetic nervous system this indicator decreased. High values of an estradiol (107.9 pg/ml) were found among normotonik, the smallest (3.2 pg/ml) in group of a simpatotoniya. The maximum indicators of vegetative balance were found among normotonik, indicators of total coefficient were raised in group of a vagotoniya. The analysis of a hormonal background and color preferences in groups of women allows to conclude with various tone of the vegetative nervous that at women with domination of a simpatotonus tendency to the conflicts, rivalry increased by tension level is noted. Women with domination have a vagotonusa the expressed need for attachment, the VND weak type increased by uneasiness and tendency to pessimism. In group of a normotoniya indicators of a total deviation had the minimum value that is the testimony of sufficient efficiency of women and ergotropny tendencies dominated.
