Investigation of characteristics of emotional intelligence and tolerance to uncertainty indicators of men and women

The article investigates characteristics of emotional intelligence and indicators of tolerance to uncertainty of both men and women. The authors reveal similar and distinctive features of emotional intelligence of men and women and focus on the difference in responses of men and women to situations that contain some degree of uncertainty. The article also investigates the interactions between the characteristics of emotional intelligence and tolerance to situations of uncertainty.
