Prevention of basic dental diseases is the prevention of oral diseases. Preventive programs are aimed at decreasing the incidence of dental caries and parodontium diseases. The cost of prevention is 20 times lower than the cost of treatment of apparent dental diseases. Dental morbidity in our country is rather high and it will increase if the conditions do not be change in near future.
