Research and grouping of types of contracts used in the field of energy law in Russia in the process of creating and using renewable energy sources

The article is devoted to the study of groups and mechanisms of contractual structures used in the field of energy law in Russia and used in the process of creating and using renewable energy sources in the Russian Federation. The materials present an analysis of the specifics of the circulation of electric energy within the framework of the Unified Energy System of Russia, in the context of the peculiarities of contractual relations between the subjects of the electric power industry. The article presents the author’s classification of contractual relations in the field of energy activity in Russia, which is based on the characteristics of the types of markets (wholesale or retail), as well as the division into four key blocks: relations in the field of organizing access to energy supply services; relations for the purchase and sale of electric energy; relations for the provision of services in the field of financial services in the process of energy activity; relations for the implementation of works and the provision of services in the field of technical service in the process of energy activity. Also, the article presents a wide list of contracts used in the practice of the electric power industry entities. The proposed aspects of improving the regulatory regulation of the creation and development of renewable energy sources will increase the efficiency of interaction between the subjects of the creation and development of renewable energy sources. The article may be useful to researchers involved in the field of energy law in the direction of regulating the processes of creation and use of renewable energy sources, as well as employees of legal and economic blocks of domestic and foreign energy companies operating in Russia.
