Research and forecasting of buildings energy consumption, taking into account the dynamics of perspective urban planning of Karaganda

The aim of the article is the development of a long-term plan for providing heat to facilities under the general construction plan of the city of Karaganda. Identify the best technical solutions for selecting heating energy sources and heating networks to cover existing capacity and increasing heat loads over the estimated period of time, allowing for improved quality, reliability and efficiency of the heating system with minimal financial cost to implement these solutions.
