The elements of management have an impact when using technology within the framework of the processes of activity in the organization. The problems and suggestions for their elimination for the management element - business ethics - for the organization of hotel services are presented. To conduct a study of the state and development of business ethics, a technology for managing its improvement in the organization has been developed.
