Research and development of the organization's resource supply management subprocess

Resources are the most important factor in the effectiveness of an organization's operational activities and determine the quality and timing of output of products and/or services. We have developed a technology for improving the supply of resources, taking into account the development of cooperation with suppliers, which includes several stages and procedures. The problems and suggestions for their solution for a specific enterprise are considered. The proposed set of methodological tools will ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization's operational activities.
