The article reveals the composition, content and interaction of management functions in the organization. The composition of the elements of the organization is also presented. The composition of the processes occurring in the organizational environment is described. The model of interaction of elements and processes of administrative activity in the organizations is offered. Adequate understanding and formation of the attributes of the organization will improve the quality and efficiency of management organizations.
