Research of the innovative mechanism of management of private enterprises

More and more private enterprises are trying to implement Western modern management theory in order to achieve their own innovations in the management mechanism, but many problems arise in the specific operation process.In this article, as the purpose of the study, the process of introducing Chinese traditional management thought and modern management theory into the practice of production management of Weifang Dongsheng is considered, and it is also discussed, how private enterprises can achieve innovation in the management mechanism in the process of implementing two management ideas from the point of view of cultural integration.The study showed that traditional culture, rich in managerial thought, should be used as a source of innovation for the management mechanism of a private enterprise; innovation of the private enterprise management mechanism is the process of implementing the integration of traditional management thought and modern management theory.Traditional management thinking focuses on changing the values of employees, modern management theory provides the necessary institutional framework for enterprises, thanks to cultural integration can form qualified employees and scientific methods of enterprise management.
