Introduction. The phenomenology of intuition of the general group of law enforcement officers and a group of traffic police officers is under study. The narrative technique as a way to identify and evaluate intuition is an adequate tool to ensure the reproducibility of phenomenology in dependent samples. Materials and Methodical Toolkit. The method of data collection used in the study is narrative technique. Respondents were asked to record in writing a situation from their professional activities in which intuition worked. There were 147 narratives that were processed through expert analysis. 7 experts, competent in this subject area, acted as experts. The statistical method of processing expert assessments was chosen criterion for the concordance of Kendall. The measure of the consistency of the experts among themselves was calculated, as well as the parameters of intuition most represented by the frequency of manifestation in the narratives. Results of the Survey and Discussions. The reproducibility of parameters of the intuition distinguishing the law enforcement officers has been illustrated in linked samples. According to the expert assessments the parameters of the accuracy of intuitive knowledge and the kinesthetic modality of its manifestation appear to be the most evident. The specific distinctions under the intuition parameters established between the group of law enforcement officers and the group of traffic police officers designate the role of professional specialization in the manifestations of intuition. The established regularities can be used for working out the principles developing the intuition of law enforcement officers such as the programs forming skills how to make decisions by law enforcement officers and police officers from State Inspection of Road Traffic safety in professional situations. Conclusions. Most frequently in practice of both law enforcement officers, in general and police officers of State Inspection of Road Traffic Safety, in particular, the intuition is expressed as an image detailed to a certain degree denoting the way of solution of professional situation, and connected with the confidence in correct intuitive decision. Most often such image is manifested through the kinesthetic modality and it is described by officers through bodily sensation.
