In the new millennium, more people than ever are engaged in transformation of creative situations and creative activity directly associated with economic activity. Creativity is an integral part of everyday life, including economic decision-making and planning self-developing in the economic environment. Manifestation of the creative abilities of the personal in the economic sphere can be regarded as an entrepreneurial type of behavior - innovation, aimed at the leadership and creativity. The need for creative, transformative nature of human behavior in today's economic environment, supported by Governmental course on innovation, economic modernization, as well as conducted in the country actively supporting small and medium enterprises and promotion of entrepreneurial efficiency of the population. In this regard, studies of new economic relations and requires that they demand of their subjects, are particularly relevant.
