Research the quality and radiation safety of juice products from fruits and vegetables

Article is devoted to research the quality and radiation safety of the juice products from fruits and vegetables, made by JSC “Sanfrut-Trade” producer realized in the consumer market of Perm Krai. It is established that quality of all samples of fruit nectars and juice from fruits and vegetables on organoleptic and physical and chemical indicators conforms to requirements of the regulating documentation. It is established that in all samples of fruit nectars and juice from fruits and vegetables specific activity of Cs-137 and Sr-90 radionuclides doesn't exceed admissible levels. Conclusions are drawn on high quality and safety in the radiation relation of the researched samples of juice products.
