Research of kinematics of lever mechanisms of roll drive of step-by-step rolling mills

The structural analysis of the mechanism of roll drive of step-by-step rolling mills with swinging rolls is made. Using analytical methods the dependences connecting angular positions, speeds of rolls and driving cranks are received. Recommendations are developed for design of the step-by-step rolling mills allowing to increase the length of a blooming site of rolls, to raise productivity and quality of received proskating rinks.
