Study of Sino-Russian exchange and cooperation in higher education during Putin's rule

During Putin's rule, Sino-Russian relations reached the highest level in history. Significant changes for the better have taken place in all areas of bilateral relations. In our work, such achievements in the field of higher education between the PRC and the Russian Federation during the years of Putin's rule as academic mobility and joint activities of universities are carried out.
