The article considers existing approaches to corporate culture research: functional, pragmatic, phenomenological, holistic and quantitative. The corporate culture models despite national specificity are described distinctive features inherent in an accessible ethnic group: Anglo-Saxon, continental, Japanese. The originality of Russian corporate culture and the relevance of the problems of its research arising in connection with this statement are described.
