Research of the personality of the defendant, victim and witnesses in the court with participation of the jury trail

In the article the author pays attention to the problem of investigating the data on the identity of the participants in the trial by jury. Based on the analysis of law enforcement acts, doctrinal research, as well as the experience of foreign legislation, it is necessary to establish restrictions for the investigation by the judges of the fact not only of the data on the defendant, but also of the victim and witnesses, if such information can damage the board of non-professional judges when making decisions.
