This article contains research of isoenzyme’s spectrum and the relative activity of malate dehydrogenase of Polygonaceae medicinal plants by electrophoresis in 7, 5% polyacrylamide gel. The research describes the correlation between the relative activity of malate dehydrogenase and the content of flavonoids in herbs of Polygonum aviculare and Polygonum hydropiper.
