Investigation of the methods of intangible stimulation in MU "Housing policy management of the executive committee of municipal education of the city of Kazan"

The article explores the forms and methods of non-material incentives for municipal employees, reveals the level of their effectiveness. The research base of the work was the analysis of normative legal acts, as well as the results of the survey. The results of this work can be useful to employees of local government in order to further improve the system of non-material incentives.
