The types of efficiency in construction have been studied, the conclusion is made that, despite the existence of a classical approach to the definition of economic efficiency through "result-cost," researchers suggest modern methods for calculating this indicator. The approach to the determination of economic efficiency through methods for assessing the commercial and budgetary efficiency of implementing investment projects in construction.
