The article discusses the most popular methods of corporate culture research. The possibilities of applying these methods, as well as their advantages and disadvantages, have been identified. Methods of research of the culture of the organization are identified depending on the parameters that are the central elements of the study. The most common methods for identifying the predominant type of corporate culture and modeling its future type are noted. Disclosed approaches to the study of corporate culture. It was concluded that timely diagnosis of the organization's culture is one of the tools in solving the most important strategic tasks of the organization's top management. It was noted that the optimal combination of methods and approaches in the study of the root porative culture will provide reliable information, the use of which will increase the productivity of staff and will contribute to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the organization.
